Job Description
As a Media Sales Account Executive for Reminder Publishing, you will sell advertising space into our 7 community weekly newspapers, daily Westfield News, Go Local and PRIME Magazine, several special publications throughout the year, and also have a focus on selling our growing digital platform of products. Experience in media sales, B2B, and inside/outside sales is preferred. You must have your own transportation.

MUST BE LOCAL IN WESTERN MASSACHUSETTS OR NORTH CENTRAL CONNECTICUT. The majority of our customers are local businesses who need to be seen and called on in person. This is not a remote, out-of-our-local-area position. This position will be outside sales, with access to both our East Longmeadow and Westfield offices.

Compensation:
- base pay: $15 per hour (approximately $31,200 annually)
- with commission, target total earnings of $50,000 or more in year one

Qualifications
- Strong skills in writing, proofreading, and editing, with an ability to produce accurate and engaging content.
- Experience in content strategy development and conducting thorough research to inform storytelling.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and advertising techniques, as well as knowledge of social media platforms.
- Proficient communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with team members and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of the local communities served by Reminder Publishing is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Salary : $31,200 - $56,000
