Compensation:
$52,000 - $100,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential investors and buyers for available properties
- Market company properties strategically to targeted buyer groups
- Develop and maintain marketing templates for property promotion
- Conduct detailed research on buyer preferences and acquisition criteria
- Locate hedge fund acquisition contacts and investor buyer channels
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers
- Identify turnkey buyers and explain our turnkey investment process
