Summary:
The Supportive Living Services Supervisor will carry out the administrative responsibilities for the
Supportive Living Services Program competently and consistently organize and supervise the SLS
program.
Education And/or Experience:
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prefer employees to have one year of supervisory experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
• Current, valid, California driver's license.
• Current CPR certification or the ability to obtain.
• Current First Aid certification or the ability to obtain.
• Current PRO-ACT certification or the ability to obtain.
Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities Include the Following:
Support SLS Personal Attendants in completing Activities of Daily Living with consumers as independently as they are able.
These activities may include:
1. Oversee and manage the billing process for the program.
2. Review and process timecards for accuracy and compliance.
3. Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
4. Coordinate services and documentation related to the IHSS program.
5. Provide On-Call responsibilities, addressing urgent needs as they arise.
6. Schedule, conduct, and document regular staff training sessions.
7. Maintain accurate records of training sessions and expiration dates.
8. Write and fax Special Incident Reports (SIRs) to RCRC in a timely manner.
9. Attend meetings with other vendors and document meeting notes as required.
10. Document and address concerns raised by PAs and clients.
11. Maintain up-to-date contact information for all PAs.
12. Ensure PA paperwork is complete, current, and filed appropriately.
13. Monitor and manage the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) program.
14. Participate in and contribute to ASP meetings.

Regional Director.
