The Facilities Support Technician is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment across two company locations. This position performs routine and deep cleaning duties, manages facility supplies, and assists with various facility-related projects and miscellaneous tasks as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and takes pride in maintaining a professional workplace.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping duties in office, restroom, breakroom, and common areas.
- Conduct routine deep cleaning projects, including floors, windows, walls, equipment surfaces, and other facility areas.
- Empty trash and recycling containers and ensure proper disposal.
- Restock restroom, breakroom, and cleaning supplies as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels of facility and janitorial supplies and communicate replenishment needs.
- Assist with facility organization, storage areas, and housekeeping initiatives.
- Perform light facility support tasks, including moving furniture, setting up meeting rooms, and assisting with special events.
- Complete miscellaneous projects and odd jobs as assigned.
- Travel between company locations as needed to support facility operations.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Report facility maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or repair needs to management.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with employees and visitors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or facility support experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Schedule
Part-time position with a flexible schedule and potential for full-time. Day Shift - Hours may vary based on facility needs and special projects.
Reporting Relationship
Reports to the Human Resources Manager.
