Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, including hot and cold dishes, beverages, and snacks, ensuring quality and presentation meet standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations.
- Restock supplies such as utensils, condiments, beverages, and food items promptly to ensure smooth service.
- Assist with food handling and safety procedures in accordance with health regulations.
- Engage with guests courteously, answer questions about menu offerings, and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety standards, and proper handling procedures.
- Strong communication skills and friendly guest relations abilities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks such as cleaning and bussing tables.
- Basic knife skills and familiarity with meal preparation are advantageous.
- A positive attitude with excellent phone etiquette and teamwork skills.
