Your Role as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

As an LVN with Remedy Home Health, you will deliver hands-on skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). This is a great opportunity for LVNs interested in home health nursing jobs across Los Feliz, Lennox, Santa Monica, Bel Air, West Hollywood, and surrounding areas.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled, patient-centered nursing care based on individualized care plans

• Accurately document all visits, assessments, and treatments using electronic health records (EHR)

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the home health care team

• Ensure compliance with California home health regulations and company policies

• Help patients meet their health goals through compassionate and professional nursing

What You’ll Need to Qualify

• Current and active California LVN license in good standing

• Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home health experience preferred)

• Reliable transportation and valid California driver’s license

• Physical ability to assist and move patients as needed

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Proficiency with electronic charting and care coordination software
