Remedy Your Resume is assisting a reputable law firm in the search for a full-time Attorney to join their team. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated attorney looking to build a long-term career in civil litigation within a collaborative, small-firm environment.

This position is a great opportunity for a newer attorney who is interested in civil and commercial litigation, particularly plaintiff-side work. The attorney will gain exposure to an active litigation practice, including attending state and federal court hearings, working with experienced attorneys from large firms, and managing their own cases as they develop the skills and confidence to work independently.

Requirements:
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills
- Law Review experience preferred but not required
- Top 25% of law school class preferred
- Admitted to the bar (candidates who have taken the bar exam and are awaiting admission may also be considered if they have strong academic credentials)
- Interest in practicing civil and commercial litigation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Job Duties:
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents for civil litigation matters in state and federal court
- Manage discovery processes in civil litigation cases
- Attend hearings in civil and commercial litigation matters
- Assist supervising attorneys with jury and bench trials
- Develop case management skills and handle matters independently as experience grows
