We are seeking a full time SLP to join our growing team beginning late September/early October 2026!

Rate:

• Full time, W-2
• Open to CCC or strong CF candidates
• Starting CF rate $72,500 per year
• Documentation time built into schedule
• No rate adjustments for cancellations/no shows
• No productivity minimum rate adjustments
• Limit to # of sessions scheduled in a row
• No scheduling responsibilities
• No billing responsibilities

Position Specifics

• 40 hours/week
• 1 day of travel sessions within Alexandria (home, private schools, preschools, daycares)
• 4 days telehealth/in office visits
• Half day Mondays & Fridays

About us

Remedy Speech Therapy is a millennial-run, therapist owned and operated small business that provides pediatric speech therapy services to patients in Northern Virginia and Maryland. Our goal is to provide excellent speech therapy services while also treating SLPs with the respect and compensation they deserve. We believe in work-life balance and a strong collaborative team environment. Our therapists attend weekly collaboration meetings, have the option to attend quarterly team outings, and are encouraged to never take work home with them.

A speech-language pathologist at Remedy Speech Therapy is responsible for providing evaluation and therapy services to children from 1-17 years of age. Documentation requirements include daily notes, progress notes, evaluations, and re-evaluations. Therapist must be independent, competent, and comfortable completing evaluation and treatment sessions with children.

Requirements: CCC-SLP and CF-SLP candidates considered, preferred 1-2 years experience working with the pediatric population, previous clinic experience preferred.

If the therapist completes travel sessions, they are provided with a weekly gas stipend. Travel sessions are scheduled within Alexandria, VA. This is a great position for a therapist who is interested in providing services through multiple service delivery models.
