Why You’ll Love Working Here:
At Remedy Speech Therapy, we believe that happy therapists help kids thrive. That’s why we’re committed to building a workplace that feels supportive, low-stress, and full of purpose. As a therapist-owned private practice, we understand what it means to feel overworked and undervalued — so we’re doing it differently.
You’ll provide high-quality OT evaluations and treatment for children ages 1–17 in a clinic that values clinical excellence, collaboration, and fun.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans that address their specific goals
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to promote independence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
- Implement therapeutic interventions for pediatric population, including those with autism
- Provide intervention services for children and support families through education about treatment plans, exercises, and adaptive equipment
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Stay current with best practices in occupational therapy through ongoing professional development
What Makes This Job Different
- Your Voice Matters: Be part of shaping our OT department — from tools to treatment model.
- Low Drama, High Impact: We’re serious about our mission, but never about micromanagement.
- Therapist-Led Culture: Led by clinicians who get it — no corporate red tape.
- Lighthearted, Heart-Forward Team: We’re professionals and real people who laugh often and support each other.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Occupational Therapist
- 1–2 years pediatric experience required
- Clinic experience preferred
- Independent, competent, and comfortable with both evaluations and treatment
- Knowledge of speech therapy techniques can be beneficial for integrated patient care
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve through your expertise as an Occupational Therapist.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and a passion for helping individuals achieve their maximum potential through therapeutic interventions.
