About the Role
Remedy Roofworks is growing and looking for a reliable, hands-on Project Lead to help keep roofing jobs organized in the field, support our crews, perform roof repairs, and complete Roof Maxx treatments for homeowners in North Idaho and Eastern Washington.
This is a great role for someone who is comfortable on roofs, good with people, organized in the field, and ready to take on more responsibility without being stuck behind a desk.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the person helping jobs stay clean, organized, and on track while also handling smaller repair work and Roof Maxx applications.
- Lead roofing projects in the field
- Help crews understand job details and expectations
- Communicate with homeowners, crews, and office staff
- Help coordinate materials, timing, and project details
- Perform roof repairs and maintenance work
- Complete Roof Maxx spray treatments
- Take job photos and update project notes
- Help ensure jobs are clean, safe, and professional
What We’re Looking For
- Roofing or construction experience required
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working onroofs
- Good communication skills with homeowners and crews
- Clean, professional appearance
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Organized and able to track job details
Roof Maxx experience is not required. We can train the right person.
