Registered Nurse, Step-Down or PCU Float Pool

DETAILS—

• 7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m. – One weekend per month, with the same weekend assigned in each six-week schedule.
• New leadership has fostered a positive, community-focused culture, bringing the team together as one cohesive unit.
• Recent patient experience scores have reached 95%
• There are team leaders on off shifts to help support the staff.
• Better support with staffing, lower number of patients to treat compared to other step-down / PCU units!
• Must be comfortable floating to other units and caring for patients with different levels of acuity.

SALARY and BENEFITS--

• Excellent Medical benefits, 401K, PTO 3 Weeks
• $51.00 to $62.00; PLUS $4.00/hr SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL for NIGHTS

REQUIREMENTS-

• Current PA nursing license or ability to get PA nursing license.
• At least 2 years of RECENT STEP-DOWN OR PCU experience
• DOES NOT NEED TO HAVE A BSN DEGREE!
