Physical Therapist

Currently seeking a full time and permanent Physical Therapist for a non-profit and reputable outpatient clinic that primarily treats the pediatric patient population. Outstanding health, dental and vision benefits starting FIRST of the month following date of hire! Position is ideally full time with 1-2 evenings required until 6:30PM, but overall some flexibility in scheduling. No weekends!
** Currently offering a $5,000.00 Sign On Bonus with a 2 year commitment **
Benefits and Compensation of the Physical Therapist:
- Highly competitive salary ranging from approximately $70,000.00- $100,000.00 per year depending on years of experience as a licensed PT.
- Eligible for excellent health, dental and vision plans starting FIRST of the month following date of hire.
- Salary is depending upon years of experience and qualifications - organization follows a clinical ladder to support increases in pay, professional growth and specific certifications/credentials!
- 31 days of PTO year one of employment, time off increases with years of tenure! (25 days PTO 6 holidays)
- Generous Tuition assistance for degrees obtained, and continuing education of about $1,300 per year.
- $5,000.00 Sign on Bonus paid out 1/2 after 90 days and 1/2 after 1 year
- 403b plan with 50% match up to 4%
Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:
- Conduct patient evaluations and treatments for a wide variety of diagnosis including early intervention, sports injuries, neurological and more.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team (PTAs, SLPs, OT and Provider) to provide the highest level quality of care.
Requirements of the Physical Therapist:
- New Grads welcome to apply! Prior pediatric clinical experience is a huge plus.
- Strong work history, minimum of 1-2 years with each previous employer
- Active PT Licensure in the state of DE or compact licensure
