Registered Nurse, Hospice

Currently seeking a Registered Nurse, Hospice for a hospice provider with nearly a decade of experience in providing end of life services. Territory is an existing position (covering Dauphin County, PA) due to an internal transfer of a current Case Manager on the team.
Schedule: Monday - Friday core business hours (8:30AM - 4:30PM) with the occasional weekend on-call requirement if coverage is needed.
Compensation and Benefits for the Registered Nurse, Hospice:
- Highly competitive salary ranging from approximately $87,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year depending on years of experience and qualifications

Responsibilities for the Registered Nurse, Hospice:
- Conduct in home assessments and revisits for adult and geriatric hospice patients in the
- Carry a caseload of approximately 10-15 end of life patients
- Provide wound care, medication administration, chronic disease management and more.
- Facilitate referrals to interdisciplinary team as needed.
Requirements of the Registered Nurse, Hospice:
- Minimum of 1 year of inpatient or home based hospice experience is required for this role
- Valid Driver's License
