What You’ll Do
- Prospect 70% of the time in the field; manage accounts 30% of the time in-office.
- Develop relationships with HR managers, warehouse supervisors, and office leaders.
- Use LinkedIn, social selling, and local market outreach to generate new leads.
- Conduct discovery to understand workforce challenges including attendance, turnover, and productivity.
- Deliver consultative account management with a focus on service excellence and retention.
- Secure net new logos and grow share within your local market.
What We’re Looking For
- Outgoing, motivated sales professional with a passion for helping businesses grow.
- Track record of hitting KPIs and signing new clients using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and Salesforce.
- Strong business acumen—ability to speak to workforce trends affecting clerical and light industrial roles.
- Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills.
- Valid driver’s license and outside sales experience required.
