Clinical Therapists LCSW-C & LCPC

Looking for energetic clinicians (LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT, and Clinical PhD (NO EXCEPTIONS). The position is a 1099 position “status” with ability to be 100% Telehealth, “hybrid” ability to include 50% in-person and 50% Telehealth work hours. The position is either Part-Time (18-20 Hours) or Full-Time (32-38 Hours). Part-Time requires 1 evening per week (Therapist can do more evening hours if this is their preference and is not mandatory). Full-Time requires 2 evenings per week (Therapist can do more evening hours if this is their preference and is not mandatory). We are open Monday-Friday, and you choose the days and evenings that are compatible with your scheduling needs. Some clinicians want to work weekends, which is an option but not a requirement. Remedy Counseling, LLC offers a flexible schedule for clinicians to have a healthy work life balance. Remedy Counseling, LLC is currently offering a $250 sign-on bonus after clinicians have been seeing clients for 3 months.

Remedy Counseling, LLC is a group counseling practice that has been established for 16 years in the community and is well recognized for excellent services, has been awarded 3 times by Anne Arundel County for Excellence in Mental Health Delivery, Excellence in Community Service Delivery for Minorites & Excellent Service Delivery as a Minority Owned Company. We are in a renovated suite with 6 offices, an internal lobby and reception area in a secure Professional Office Building in Severna Park, Maryland. We currently have a full-time office manager who manages all the intake paperwork and administrative duties. We use the state-of-the-art Advanced MD Medical Management Program that allows for electronic records, billing, scheduling and all clinical paperwork that is handled by administrative staff.

The owner will credential you with major insurance companies, must complete CAQH application and carry your own liability insurance 1/3 million policy.

Clinician Responsibilities:

This position requires providing individual, family and couples therapy and providing services for adults, adolescents, and children. Psychosocial Evaluation/yearly re-evaluations. Treatment plans for the fifth session/reviews every 6 months. Clinical Progress Notes. Discharge Summaries. Schedule your clients at the end of the session (many clients like re-occurring appointments). Brandy will provide the formatted word DSM V in word format to cut and paste into your psychosocial evaluation to make it easy to document your clients’ symptoms to support your DSM-V diagnosis. We also provide formatted word treatment plans to address all DSM V specific diagnosis, life stressors, and any other areas your client is working on to meet all insurance requirements. All paperwork is in easy-to-use word documents that are pre-formatted to be able to quickly and efficiently complete all your clinical paperwork. Brandy's mission is to alleviate burdensome paperwork so clinicians can complete the required documentation quickly and efficiently so you can focus on your clients. Remedy Counseling, LLC offers a HIPPA compliant platform called "Doxy" for all Telehealth sessions. 100% In-Person Position: Full-time/Part-time and "Hybrid Position" In-person & Telehealth combination Full-time/Part-time position. Your time is valuable, and we want you to focus on delivering therapy to your clients and leaving the rest up to us!

Reimbursement is 70% of contracted insurance rates for FT and 65% for PT.

JoAnn, Office Manager Duties:

Answers all phone calls. Schedules intakes and sends all necessary paperwork to new clients, co-signs intake forms, and verifies insurance/copays/deductibles. JoAnn uses our state-of-the-art billing program "Advanced MD" to upload and secure all clinical paperwork for every client. Completes client profile in Advanced MD Program, updates the profile when indicated, and does all the client scheduling for all billing needs. JoAnn gets authorization for Medicaid clients and handles any private insurance guidelines needed for therapy to be covered. JoAnn takes all phone calls/text messages/emails for client questions, reminders, and cancellations. She re-schedules each client based on your availability and reflects changes in your private Google Calendar. JoAnn calls clients who do not call or show for their appointment and collects the fee (unless it is excused due to sickness or emergencies). JoAnn collects all co-pays, provides documentation to clients related to billing, deductibles, out-of-network invoices, FSA documentation, and invoices for tax purposes. You have no voicemail to check since Joann handles all communications and sends you any necessary information. There is no on-call required. Brandy completes all the billing to include trouble shooting billing issues.

Reimbursement/Schedule:

Pay: $70,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year PT/FT
