Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, implement, and evaluate patient responses to actual or potential health conditions.
- Initiate case findings, health education, and counseling to promote overall well-being.
- Provide direct patient care that supports life and restores health.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and function under the direction of the Nursing Supervisor or Director of Nursing (DON).
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing recognized by the National League for Nursing.
- Current and active nursing license in good standing in the state(s) of practice.
- Minimum of one year of professional nursing experience.
- Public Health Nurse certification preferred.
- Demonstrated good physical and emotional health.
- Must meet all educational and experience requirements as outlined by state licensing regulations.
- Drivers License and Reliable Transportation
