Join our team as aOperations Supervisor, where you'll lead a dedicated team in supporting accurate and timely medication fulfillment for our long-term care facilities. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll oversee daily departmental workflow, ensure staff are trained and performing to company standards, and coordinate closely with pharmacy operations to meet tight deadlines. You’ll play a key part in optimizing fulfillment processes, supporting cleanroom and automated dispensing functions, and helping drive operational excellence through communication, accuracy, and compliance.
Location: Our Pharmacy in Plymouth, MI
Salary: Starting at $29.80 per hour ($62,000 yearly non-exempt position)
Schedule: 2nd Shift 4:00PM - 12:30AM

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise fulfillment staff including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance documentation.
- Coordinate and direct daily department workflow to meet shift goals and pharmacy deadlines.
- Monitor STAT courier pickups and escalate issues with delivery timing as needed.
- Operate and troubleshoot pharmacy systems such as Framework, DocuTrack, and automated dispensing systems.
- Oversee medication packaging, labeling, staging, toting, and inventory replenishment throughout the pharmacy.
- Maintain compliance with non-sterile compounding (USP 795), proper cleaning, logging, and pharmacist checks.
- Ensure returned medications are processed accurately, documented, and handled per company policy.
- Uphold pharmacy compliance with HIPAA, CMS, DEA, OSHA, and company standards, reporting any violations.
- Adhere to Clarest’s Code of Conduct, follow Clarest Compliance policies and procedures, and report any suspected violations of any federal or state laws to either their direct supervisor, Human Resources or the Compliance Officer
- Active and valid Michigan pharmacy technician license in good standing.
- Prior experience as a pharmacy technician is required; supervisory experience preferred.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Comfortable with light assembly or machine operation in a pharmacy setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Able to manage competing tasks and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and dependable with sound judgment and the ability to escalate issues appropriately.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Customer-focused with a professional, respectful approach to internal and external stakeholders.
