Job Description
Join our team as an experienced Fulfillment Operations Technician, ensuring seamless medication delivery to long-term care facilities. Our Fulfillment Operations Technician responsibilities will include operating our cutting-edge Paxit automated Packaging and Dispensing equipment, fulfilling Bulk Prescriptions, and staging finished items for shipment to our valued customers. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with and support various areas within the pharmacy operations as needed.
Location:Onsiteat our closed-door pharmacy 962 South Dorset Road Troy, OH 45373
Compensation: starts at $15/hr
After a brief training period, team members have the opportunity to earn an additional $1.50/hr by learning and taking on new responsibilities.
Schedule: 7:00AM- 3:30PM, Monday - Friday, rotating holidays and weekends

- The ability to adhere to Remedi’s Code of Conduct, follow Remedi Compliance policies and procedures, and report any suspected violations of any federal or state laws to either their direct supervisor, Human Resources or the Compliance Officer
- Operate and troubleshootPaxitpackaging and dispensing equipment.
- Set up packaging lots and follow inventory schedules.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment.
- Replenish supplies across packaging, dispensing, and staging areas.
- Respond quickly to equipment faults and workflow issues.
- Use systems likePaxitManager and Framework for order tracking.
- Perform audits, packaging scans, and short-fill checks.
- Stage and tote prescriptions with accurate labeling.
- Assist with bulk dispensing, labeling, and “owes” processing.
- Communicate delays and inventory needs to the team.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills required, along with a solid grasp of medical terminology, math, and analytical skills
- Willingness to learn new things
Salary : $14 - $15
