Front Desk Receptionist

Remedi Nail Spa is a waterless, wellness-focused nail spa specializing in medical pedicures and natural nail care. We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our spa. This role is essential to creating a seamless and professional experience for our guests from the moment they walk in (or call!) to the moment they leave.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally in person and over the phone
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and client check-ins/outs using our booking software
• Respond to emails, texts, voicemails, and online inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area
• Assist with client intake forms and ensure accurate records
• Handle retail product sales and inventory tracking
• Support technicians with client coordination and service flow
• Monitor and restock refreshments, supplies, and retail displays as needed
• Maintain spa policies regarding cleanliness, professionalism, and confidentiality

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role (spa or salon experience a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Comfortable using booking and POS software (Meevo experience a plus, but not required)
• Friendly, calm, and composed under pressure
• Team player with a “go-the-extra-mile” attitude
• Must be reliable and punctual

Schedule & Pay:

• Part-time or full-time
• Saturdays required
• $15-$17
