Speech Language Pathologist
-Every other week orientations; start dates on Mondays
-Shift: 8hr DAYS 0800-1630 (lunch 12-1230)
-Ratios: Days 1:12 & Weekends 1:20
-Years of experience REQ: 1 Year Experience Required
-Must have travel experience - no first time travelers (manager may consider first time traveler depending on experience)
-Weekend REQ: one weekend per month
-Discuss blocked schedule request in interview
-100mi. Radius Rule (75-99mi. can be sent for facility approval)
-Pending State License accepted: Can submit with license pending; but must have active in hand to start (CCC-SLP)
-RTO Restrictions: None - discuss during interview
-Guaranteed Hours: 40hrs 5x8hr days
-Unit Details: Respiratory failure, Dysphagia, ICU myelopathy, Cardiac, Vascular, Pulmonary....medically complex.
-Certs Required: BLS, CCC-SLP, MBSImP

Perm employees cannot return to CAMC as a traveler for 2 Years after last day worked perm
Flu Shot: Please DO NOT SEND ANYONE WHO REFUSES FLU SHOT WITHOUT MEDICAL PROOF. CAMC requires all personnel take flu vaccine unless they have allergy documented by an allergist or physician record. CAMC FLU SEASON IS OCTOBER 1st - MARCH 31st. NOT REQUIRED OUTSIDE OF THAT WINDOW.
