Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining department tracking sheets, ordering supplies, scheduling training classes, updating forms, maintaining training files, and more
- Possibility for job site visits to address and resolve any safety concerns
- Must be willing to travel to other branch locations as needed
- Point of contact for after hours emergencies
- Attend safety meetings, zone/service/department meetings and/or board meetings to assist with delivery of training and present upcoming safety initiatives
- Other related project work and/or duties as required
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years office administrative experience required
- High School diploma or GED required
- Knowledge of safety standards is a plus
- Excellent data entry skills required
- Sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure
- Must have strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt to operational changes.
- Must have high level of organizational skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Driver's license required
