Commercial HVAC Installer/Foreman

We are currently looking for Commercial HVAC Installers/Foreman in the Allentown, PA and surrounding areas. Take ownership of your future and grow with our employee-owned company!
Installation of commercial mechanical systems and air distribution preferred but will train the right candidate. Start-up experience a plus.

Foreman:
- 3 years HVAC Construction experience & supervising preferred.
- Willing to work hands-on and supervise a crew
- Knowledge with blueprint drawings and specifications preferred.
- Good organizational skills and be able to meet job schedule deadlines within budget.
- Solid communication skills required. Will attend job conferences and meet with contractors and project managers as needed to review project itineraries.
- Company Vehicle
Installers:
- 1-year HVAC Construction experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC equipment, sheet metal and accessories preferred.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work well with others.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of installation of commercial mechanical systems and air distribution.
- Must be able to work nights or out of town for a few days at a time when required for certain jobs.
- Must have or acquire own hand tools.
- Meet all physical demands of the position.
- Must possess the ability to communicate with customers, management, and coworkers effectively.
- Must be able to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work on a team or independently.
- Start-up experience a plus.

- Ability to travel
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
