Position Overview
This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial food service equipment and light commercial refrigeration. Technicians work independently in the field while providing high-quality service and maintaining a professional image with customers.
This position includes on-call responsibilities in a 24/7 service environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair commercial food service equipment and light commercial refrigeration
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment with minimal supervision
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain professional conduct
- Work and drive safely, following all safety guidelines and procedures
- Utilize company-provided tablet for work orders, documentation, and communication
- Service customers in a 24/7 environment, including on-call rotation
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisor

Qualifications
- Experience repairing commercial food service equipment required
- Light commercial refrigeration experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- EPA Certification
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to meet physical demands of the position
