Your Role
As a Buyer Specialist, you'll continue doing what you do best while leveraging additional support to grow your business.Your responsibilities include:
- Working with buyer and seller clients throughout the transaction
- Conducting buyer consultations and property showings
- Attending listing appointments
- Negotiating offers and purchase contracts
- Managing transactions from contract to closing
- Building relationships that generate repeat and referral business
- Implementing marketing strategies to increase visibility
- Staying informed on Florida market conditions and pricing trends

Qualifications:
Required
- Active Florida Real Estate License

- Knowledge of the Florida real estate market
- CRM and lead management experience
- Marketing and relationship-building skills
