Position OverviewRE/MAX Preferred is seeking a creative, organized, and tech-savvy Marketing & Agent Onboarding Assistant to support our Cherry Hill office. This role is ideal for someone who loves real estate, social media, content creation, and helping agents look their best online. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable balancing both administrative and creative work.
You’ll support new agent onboarding, video and social media content, event marketing, and general branding initiatives across our five-office network. You will work directly with the Broker/Owner and management team.
Key ResponsibilitiesAgent Onboarding- Set up agent profiles on RE/MAX platforms (Mainstreet, MaxTech, kvCORE, Photofy, etc.).
- Assist agents with their websites, bios, profile photos, and branding setup.
- Provide training on basic social media best practices and office tools.
- Create short-form videos (Reels/TikToks/YouTube Shorts) for recruiting, listings, events, and culture.
- Edit photos and videos using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
- Develop social media posts, captions, and branded templates for company and agent use.
- Run targeted social media ads (Meta Business Suite) to support recruiting and brand awareness.
- Track social media engagement and report results.
- Create flyers for listings, open houses, training events, office meetings, and special promotions.
- Design recruiting and retention materials including brochures, PDFs, and landing pages.
- Assist with planning and promoting training events, workshops, and office culture initiatives.
- Capture photos and behind-the-scenes content at office events.
- Bring new marketing ideas to the table—don’t wait to be told what to do.
- Collaborate with agents, managers, and leadership in a friendly, solutions-oriented manner.
- Experience with social media video editing (Reels/TikTok/Shorts content).
- Proficiency with Canva (required); Adobe Express or Photoshop is a plus.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite & targeted ads preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Self-starter who can follow direction and bring creative ideas.
- Experience in real estate marketing or onboarding is a plus, but not required.

- Experienced/higher skill (4 years, strong video/social portfolio, able to lead ideas, maybe real estate experience) → $55,000–$60,000 /year
