REMAX Masterpiece is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Managing Broker to lead, mentor, and grow our established real estate office.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader, mentor, recruiter, and business builder who understands that a successful brokerage starts with supporting its agents, maintaining high professional standards, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth.
Qualifications:
- Active Florida Real Estate License.
- Previous real estate brokerage management experience, along with a strong background in real estate sales.
- Thorough understanding of real estate transactions, brokerage operations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to recruit, motivate, and hold agents accountable while fostering a supportive work environment.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead by example.
- Professional demeanor, integrity, and a strong commitment to ethical business practices.
- A growth mindset and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
