We are currently seeking a Building Maintenance Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance for office buildings
- Maintain material and supply inventory light bulbs, filters
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Oversee annual safety inspections: Fire Alarm, Elevators
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
