You’ll work directly with senior leadership and the founding partner to lead high-end design projects, mentor team members, and contribute to the continued growth of a 10X-minded studio.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead design and coordination on residential, commercial, and master planning projects.
- Collaborate directly with the founding partner and project leadership team.
- Oversee project execution from concept to completion, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Manage client relationships, presentations, and design reviews.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative team culture.
- Contribute to business development and firm-wide growth initiatives.

- Licensed Landscape Architect Charleston SC (required).
- 10 years of professional experience in landscape architecture.
- Proven design and leadership experience across multiple project types.
