Rely Rx Inc. is looking for a Pharmacist to join our team in Saint James, NY.
Position Summary:
The Pharmacist is responsible for the formulation, processing, and dispensing of medications to patients in a safe and efficient manner. The Pharmacist will work closely with other healthcare professionals and will provide quality patient care in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Principle Accountabilities:
- Provides patient care according to company standards, goals, and objectives.
- Provides quality medication service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintains confidentiality of all medication within the organization.
- Maintains inventory of medication on site.
- Adheres to infection control policies.
- Adheres to company policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
