We are looking for a highly motivated, outgoing, customer-focused Sales Executive to join our highly performing International Sales Group. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business, managing and upselling existing accounts for our events and digital solutions. About the team The International Sales Group (ISG) of RX is a specialist team of 160 international salespeople based in 13 territories around the world. We support clients who wish to build and grow their businesses internationally by offering opportunities at any one of the 400 RX shows in the 22 countries and 43 industry sectors we serve. Responsibilities Developing an understanding of the event portfolio, market and offer value-based packages based on customer objectives and needs Building long-term relationships with customers, understanding their businesses and marketing strategies and becoming a trusted trade show expert Communicating with senior level prospects and customers both in person and via video conferencing Managing CRM system, pipeline, and campaigns across multiple events Attending RX events, competitor events and scheduled customer office visits Communicating with internal teams throughout entire sales cycle Achieving and surpassing individual revenue targets Requirements Be a self-motivated individual with a determined, mature approach and prepared to go that extra mile to achieve/exceed sales Have a proven and successful track record in sales environment Demonstrate effective telephone sales ability at a senior level Have experience in consultative selling, maximizing revenue from existing customers demonstrating innovation and creativity Demonstrate ability to prioritize projects based on need and organization Be a team player with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines Have excellent customer service skills Demonstrate high level of professionalism with strong attention to detail Be able to travel domestically and internationally as needed Work in a Way that Works for You We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization. U.S. National Base Pay Range: $59,600 - $99,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
