Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for our SaaS platform based on customer needs, market trends, and company goals.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define and deliver product features and improvements.
- Conduct customer and market research, gather user feedback, and translate insights into product requirements (PRDs, user stories).
- Prioritize product backlog using frameworks (e.g., RICE, MoSCoW) and ensure timely delivery of product releases.
- Lead cross-functional agile development teams through planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor product performance metrics (NPS, churn, retention, usage analytics) and iterate to drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as the voice of the customer and evangelize the product internally and externally.
- Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand client needs and support go-to-market strategies.
- Stay up to date on competitive landscape, technology trends, and SaaS best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Proven ability to launch and scale SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard, Mixpanel, or similar.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use analytics to drive decision-making.
- Experience with API-based platforms or integrations.
- Familiarity with customer onboarding, subscription billing, or multi-tenant SaaS systems.
- Technical background or experience working closely with software engineering teams.
