Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Christiansburg, VA. The sales manager will be responsible for all in home survey and estimates. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading all sales, developing and executing sales strategies, identifying potential clients, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, prepare sales reports, and collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a position for a road warrior with the ability to develop a team.
Qualifications
- Previous moving and storage sales is mandatory to be considered
- Leadership and team management skills
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify potential clients and manage client relationships
- Strong analytical skills for monitoring market trends and preparing sales reports
- Ability to collaborate with other departments and ensure customer satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
