Job Description: Project Manager – Responsible for multiple mechanical and or plumbing construction projects, charged with planning, scheduling, and implementing all activities for a successful project result. Being a self-starter is a must. Previous experience is required.
Career duties include:
- Implementation of overall quality and safety for each project site.
- Participation and preparation for project meetings.
- Planning for all project schedule requirements.
- Oversight of multiple subcontracts.
- Organize material and equipment deliveries.
- Processing information for change estimates.
- Reporting all project cost and completion updates.
- Preparing closeout documents.
- Providing mentorship to project team.
Candidate characteristics include:

Experience and other:
- 4-year degree preferred.
- 5 years’ experience.
- Thorough knowledge of the construction industry.
- Experienced in management of MEP projects.
- Strong understanding of project documents. (Plans, specifications, and submittals).
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
