Senior Associate, Corporate Audit
Location: Sarasota, FL
Schedule: Hybrid (2 days in-office)
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 Bonus and Great Benefits!
We are partnering with a thriving, diversified technology and industrial company to find a Senior Associate, Corporate Audit. This is not your traditional, back-office compliance gig. The corporate audit function is actively evolving into a trusted strategic advisor and business partner to a broad portfolio of independent, high-performing operating companies.
You will step into a corporate audit team that operates across a varied and decentralized business model. You will lead risk-based audits, but the work does not stop at findings and reports. Projects also include acquisition due diligence, finance integration and separation, process improvement, and short-term finance support. Each engagement brings a new team, a different set of business challenges, and the chance to make a practical contribution.
This role suits someone who is curious, comfortable with change, and ready to take ownership of projects with moderate leadership support. You will need sound audit judgment, clear communication, and the ability to build rapport with people across different functions and businesses.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of audit projects from planning through delivery with leadership support
- Execute risk-based operational and strategic audits that drive continuous business improvement
- Partner with teams across a diverse portfolio to learn unique markets, processes, and strategies
- Conduct due diligence for corporate acquisitions and dispositions
- Support financial integration and separation activities across business units
- Execute operational and process optimization reviews
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
- 2 years of progressive experience in industry finance or accounting, internal audit, consulting, or financial audit
- Active CPA license or CPA in progress
- Public accounting experience must include audits of publicly traded companies
- SOX experience and familiarity with ASC 606 software revenue recognition are preferred
