Your Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the new home sales process — from first contact to closing.
- Help clients navigate the different communities and builders available, and within each community, assist them in choosing the right floorplans, upgrades, and options.
- Negotiate with builders to secure favorable terms and special buyer incentives.
- Stay informed on local housing and new construction market trends.
Requirements
- Active Texas Real Estate License (Required)
- Experience in new construction and residential sales (Required)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
- Solid understanding of the new construction market and buying process
