Role Description:
The Apartment Locator at Relive is a full-time, hybrid role based in Denver, CO, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. In this position, the Apartment Locator will assist clients in identifying suitable rental properties, conduct consultations to understand housing needs, and provide curated apartment recommendations. Daily responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local rental inventory, coordinating property tours, communicating with leasing offices, and guiding clients through the application and leasing process. The role also involves managing leads generated through Relive’s platform and social media presence, delivering responsive customer service, and tracking activity in CRM tools to ensure accurate reporting. Apartment Locators collaborate with teammates and management to share market insights, refine processes, and support overall business growth.
Qualifications:
- Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License or be willing to work towards a license and foundational knowledge of Real Property.
- Candidates should possess strong Real Estate market awareness and experience working with rental properties.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and clear communication.
