Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Warren, NJ, for a Client Advocate. As a Client Advocate, you will support and address client needs, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and client satisfaction. Core responsibilities include fostering customer relationships, managing inquiries, delivering resources and training to clients, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address needs and feedback effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Proficient in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a proactive commitment to resolving client concerns efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
- Experience in the health and wellness sector is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
