Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a strong clinical foundation in hormone replacement therapy (HRT), medical weight loss, peptides, and functional/integrative medicine. The ideal candidate has a passion for personalized care, is confident in developing tailored treatment plans, and thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
In this role, you will serve as a clinical leader, working alongside our wellness and aesthetics teams to deliver cutting-edge treatments that transform lives while maintaining high standards of professionalism, client education, and compliance.
Responsibilities

Clinical Wellness Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat hormone deficiencies using evidence-based HRT protocols (men and women).
- Manage comprehensive medical weight loss programs including nutrition, lifestyle, and peptide-based support.
- Create and monitor peptide therapy protocols based on client goals (e.g., body composition, cognitive support, gut healing).
- Deliver client-centered care grounded in the principles of functional medicine.
- Conduct in-depth consultations, labs reviews, and treatment planning.
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation, oversee prescription management, and support continuity of care.
- Utilize pharmacy portals to order compounded prescriptions and monitor fulfillment.
- Diagnose and treat hormone deficiencies using evidence-based HRT protocols (men and women).
Aesthetic & Regenerative Medicine Services
- Provide injectable treatments including neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
- Educate clients on available aesthetic and regenerative options that complement their wellness plans.
- Stay current on advances in regenerative medicine (e.g., exosomes, PRP, NAD , IV therapies).
Team Collaboration & Client Education
- Act as a clinical resource and mentor to staff (especially in HRT, peptides, and MWL protocols).
- Partner with Client Advocates and Front of House staff to ensure continuity and clarity in client care.
- Engage clients in educational conversations that drive understanding, compliance, and retention.
- Participate in training, protocol development, and ongoing case reviews with the Medical Director.
Qualifications

Required:
- Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program with national certification
- Active PA license and eligibility for DEA registration
- 2 years clinical experience in HRT, functional medicine, MWL, or peptides
- Demonstrated ability to educate and build rapport with clients
- Commitment to maintaining compliance, professionalism, and a client-first approach
- Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program with national certification
Preferred:
- Experience with peptide prescribing and compounded medications
- Functional medicine certification (A4M, IFM, FMCA, etc.) or working knowledge
- IV therapy experience
- Comfortable with or willing to train in aesthetic injections
- Background in cash-pay wellness models
Salary : $60 - $70
