As an Account Executive-Workday, you'll play a key role in driving Relish’s growth by helping enterprise customers optimize their Workday investments with our innovative solutions.

 

What you'll do:


●     Exceed sales targets through strategic, consultative selling.

●     Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise customers for Relish's SaaS solutions.

●     Engage C-level executives to present Relish's value and close high-value deals.

●     Present tailored sales proposals that solve customer challenges.

●     Collaborate with Technology and Alliance Partners to co-sell and expand opportunities.

●     Keep CRM records accurate and forecast sales within a /- 10% benchmark.

●     Contribute to a high-performing, competitive, and team-focused environment.

 

About you:


●       5 years of successful direct sales experience in the software/SaaS industry.

●       Experience selling Workday solutions and strong Workday network.

●       Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas.

●       Skilled in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing enterprise-level deals.

●       Strong relationship-building skills, targeting Procurement, AP, and IT stakeholders.

●       Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

●       Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

●       15-30% Travel
