What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bar Manager position at Relish Food Hall // Pickleball?
Relish is looking for a leader in hospitality with a background in bartending, bar management, mixology and team development to oversee daily operations of our Bar. We are still a new business in our first year and are looking for someone to help develop and shape what we will become.
We also operate Drop Shot Coffee, Aces (Cold Eats & Ice Cream), all the shared services and building operations. In addition to overseeing the Bar, you will be in a role as an acting manager on duty for the food hall, typically twice each week.
You will be responsible for the operation of all aspects of the Relish Bar and report directly to the Food Hall Director. (Ordering, Training, Scheduling, Maintenance/Cleaning, Assistance with Menu Development, Recipe Creation, Inventory/Costing, Program Development).

MOD / FLOOR MANAGER
- Opening the building and ensuring the facility is ready for each day’s service.
- Auditing cash drawers.
- Oversee day-to-day floor operations during service.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organisation throughout the food hall.
- Assist with training and developing new team members across departments.
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented environment.
- Assist with enabling services, repairs, and inspections as needed.
- Check out/Walk all Food Hall staff departments and perform a thorough nightly facility check
- Lock/Secure the building.
Hours & Benefits
We are open 8am–9pm (Sun–Thu) and 8am–10:30pm (Fri–Sat). Shifts rarely extend past 11pm. Nights and weekend availability required.

Compensation
Pay is Hourly Tips (while Bartending)
Negotiable based on experience and performance.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
