Relient Health is currently seeking an experienced clinician to work as the Therapy Coordinator at a respected Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Armstrong, IA. This opening is for a full-time, direct-hire leadership role for a therapy professional passionate about guiding teams, improving outcomes, and ensuring top-tier patient care.

💰 Compensation & Benefits:
- Estimated rate range: ≈ $35-50/hr, depending on discipine, experience, and facility size

- Skilled in Medicare documentation, compliance, and billing standards
