Join a respected Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Albuquerque known for delivering high-quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. You’ll have the tools and support you need to succeed—whether you’re a new grad or seasoned OT.
💰 Compensation & Benefits:
- Estimated Rate Range: ≈ $40-50/hr, depending on experience, setting, location, and status (full-time, part-time, or PRN)

- Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence.
- Document progress and adjust plans as needed.

- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
- Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current NM license (or eligibility)
- Passionate about improving patient quality of life
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
