💰 Compensation & Benefits:
- Estimated Rate Range: ≈ $55-65/hr, depending on experience, setting, location, and status

- Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans

- Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current CA license (or eligibility)

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
