Relient Health is seeking licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) for full-time, in-person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across New Hampshire. These are full-time, direct-hire, permanent placement positions (not travel, not contract, not PRN).
Our openings include opportunities in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on the specific location.

Laconia, Lebanon, Peterborough, and additional New Hampshire markets.

• Document patient care in EMR systems per state, federal, and facility standards
• Collaborate with OTs, rehab staff, nursing teams, and interdisciplinary care providers
✅ Required Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) program
• Active New Hampshire COTA license, or eligibility/pending licensure
• Ability to work full-time in one of the listed New Hampshire markets
• Authorized to work in the United States
