Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of promotional events, pop-ups, and community outreach initiatives to showcase our brand and offerings.
- Engage directly with customers and budtenders through face-to-face interactions, providing exceptional customer service and detailed product information.
- Collect valuable data during events and interactions to inform marketing strategies and improve future campaigns.
- Develop compelling public speaking presentations to introduce new products or brand initiatives at events or in-store activations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement branding strategies that align with overall company goals.
- Train and mentor junior ambassadors, fostering a motivated team environment focused on excellence in brand representation.
Experience
- Proven experience in the New York State cannabis industry, retail, event marketing, or related customer-facing roles that involve direct engagement with the public.
- Demonstrated success in sales environments with the ability to influence customer decisions positively.
- Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to connect with diverse audiences effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and storytelling abilities that captivate audiences.
- Experience in data collection methods and analyzing insights to optimize marketing efforts.
- Prior experience conducting product demos or branding activities at events or in retail settings is preferred.
