This position will be responsible for sales throughout the Western and Southwestern Chicago suburbs.

As a Mental Health Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to act as an advocate and marketer of company services to potential referral sources and the surrounding community focusing primarliy on psychiatrists, mid level psychiatric providers and therapists. The primary goal of this position is to develop relationships that will ultimately result in admissions to our TMS and Spravato programs. .

Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with mental health professionals, clinics, hospitals, therapists, counselors, and healthcare organizations with a focus on Physicians and Mid level providers.
- Regular face to face interactions with referral sources.
- Sourcing new relationships by drop ins, cold calling, and networking
- Represents the company at various conferences, trade shows, and events.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s mental health services and be able to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients and referral sources.
- Market Research: Conduct market research that is relevant to the industry such as competitive analysis, market surveys, SWOT and demographic analysis
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals, including cold calling, email campaigns, and in-person meetings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to align on promotional efforts and with the clinical team to understand the technical aspects of services.
- Performace: Responsible for achieving or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets
- Reporting and Documentation: Track sales performance, client feedback, and market trends, with weekly reports and contact records in CRM.
- Demonstrate exceptional follow-up skills
- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines
- Work flexible hours that may include nights and/or weekends
- Primarily field based with regular travel throughout assigned territory and beyond when necessary. Some office work for repostin and admin tasks.
- Bachelor’s Degree or extensive experience in sales or marketing
- 1 - 2 years of experience in mental health industry is preferred
- 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience
- Reliable transportation for daily travel
- Valid driver’s license and insurance coverage that meets state requirements

Salary : $80,000 - $115,000
