Executive SupportOwn Jon’s inbox (Email GPS system)Handle scheduling, batching calls, and protecting focus timeDraft follow-up emails, call prep notes, and client communicationsKeep Jon’s calendar clean, logical, and predictableFilter out unnecessary noise and simplify decisions2. Sales Lead SupportRespond to inbound leads quicklyFollow up with warm/hot leads to keep momentumMove leads through our Trello pipelinePrepare proposals and organize pre-sales materialsTrack every touchpoint to ensure no lead goes cold3. Operations & Production CoordinationMaintain the production scheduleEnsure every project has complete details before productionKeep turnaround times accurateFlag timeline risks earlyMaintain weekly alignment across production → finishing → delivery4. Delivery PlanningDraft weekly delivery plansGather and confirm client availabilityCommunicate routes with delivery teamSend delivery windows and remindersManage reschedules and communicationEnsure a smooth, white-glove delivery experience5.
