Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $115,000 – $130,000 per year (commensurate with total clinical and leadership experience).

Position Summary
The Clinical Director oversees the daily clinical operations, quality standards, and team development at the Gilbert center. In this role, you will maintain a small caseload of 3–4 clients while partnering with corporate and operational leadership to guide center strategy, mentor a team of BCBAs and RBTs, and foster a collaborative, data-driven environment focused on continuous client progress.
Key Responsibilities
1. Clinical Leadership & Team Mentorship
Provide direct management, clinical oversight, and ongoing mentorship to the center's team of BCBAs, student analysts, and RBTs.
Drive hiring, onboarding, training, and professional development of clinic staff in partnership with operational leadership.
Guarantee client ABA treatment plans and programs are implemented with high fidelity through regular observations, data reviews, and staff coaching.
Lead clinical team meetings, case reviews, and cross-discipline collaboration efforts.
2. Direct Practice & Caseload Management
Maintain a small, high-quality caseload of 3–4 clients, conducting comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.
Design, implement, and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment data.
Continuously track, graph, and analyze behavioral progress to make data-based treatment modifications.
Conduct structured parent/caregiver training sessions to promote skill generalization across home and community settings.
3. Strategic Operations & Compliance
Partner with operational teams to ensure full compliance with BACB ethical guidelines, state licensure laws (LBA), and funding requirements.
Track and optimize key quality metrics, including client progress, hour utilization, and staff retention.
Resolve escalated family, caregiver, or clinical concerns in a professional, solutions-oriented manner.
Qualifications Required
Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D) certification in good standing with the BACB.
Licensure: Current Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license (or immediate eligibility to obtain).
Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of clinical ABA experience, including demonstrated supervisory or clinical leadership experience in a center-based environment.
Skills: Strong analytical, clinical assessment, change management, and executive team leadership capabilities.
