The everyday hustle:
- Develop and execute creative designs for a variety of mediums, with a strong focus on digital assets (social media, websites, email campaigns, etc.)
- Develop brand assets to continue to strengthen and bring consistency to the ReliaQuest brand.
- Design motion concepts, storyboards, and animatics that support user flows and brand messaging
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Brainstorm and develop unique, on-brand design concepts for campaigns, projects, and events.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our visuals fresh and engaging.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5–8 years of professional graphic design experience (agency and/or in-house)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, campaigns, and real-world execution across channels
- Experience owning projects end-to-end (concept → design → production → delivery)
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Figma.
- Expert-level layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Proven ability to develop/extend brand identities and create cohesive visual systems
- Strong conceptual thinking: can generate multiple directions and justify design decisions
- Experience with After Effects and export workflows for web including Lottie animations

- Strong attention to detail and consistency at scale
- Understanding of marketing channels (social, email, web, ads, events) and designing for each
- Experience animating for product onboarding, interactive storytelling, or data visualization
- Basic sound design or video editing (Premiere, Audition, etc.)
