Salary: $24-$25/HrAbout the RoleWere looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Logistics & Warehouse Operations Associate to support our shipping, receiving, inventory, and internal logistics operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with multiple teams, and keeping operations running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately package, label, and document outgoing shipmentsCoordinate shipments with couriers and freight carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, Goldstreak, etc.)Track and maintain shipment records and delivery confirmationsReceive incoming deliveries and verify shipments against purchase ordersInspect products for damage, discrepancies, or missing itemsOrganize, store, and replenish inventory in designated locationsMaintain accurate inventory records and track stock movementPerform cycle counts and assist with full inventory auditsNotify appropriate teams of low inventory levelsUse inventory management systems to update and report inventory dataSafely operate company vehicles to transport materials between facilities or client locationsComplete shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation accurately and on timeAssist with data entry, reporting, and logistics-related communicationCommunicate effectively with vendors, carriers, and internal departmentsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentOperate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment safelyFollow all safety guidelines and contribute to a safe workplacePreferred Experience (Not Required)Experience configuring and troubleshooting peripheral equipment such as:POS devicesZebra, HP, Okidata (TTY), and ATP printersOASYS time clocksPrior experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse logisticsQualificationsStrong customer service skills with clear verbal and written communicationValid drivers license and reliable transportationAbility to learn new systems, processes, and technology quicklyHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the workdayAbility to lift up to 50 lbsBenefitsOvertime opportunitiesMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planPaid time off (2 weeks after 90 days)Life insuranceFlexible spending account (FSA)Employee assistance programCertification training materials providedReferral program
